World’s Greatest Shave – successful fundraiser
I just completed a six-week fundraiser for the Leukaemia Foundation’s World’s Greatest Shave.
So far I have raised over $330 and am pleasantly surprised at the generosity of many family and friends.
This is the third time I have done this fundraiser in six years, and it still makes me feel good to know that I have achieved positive results – and also made a difference to people with leukaemia or lymphoma.
I admit that my already thinning hair does make it a little easier for me to go through with things on shave day!
However, the main thing is that money is raised for a good cause and that is the object of the exercise.
So to all who donated, I would like to thank you very much.
And for those of you who wanted to donate but just haven’t got around to it yet – now is the time!
Donations are very welcome after the shave and it is very easy to do: just go online to my World’s Greatest Shave page at https://goo.gl/ZUmI7C

Thank you!
