Three-day Forum highlights how to cope with business disruption
Mike Peeters Media has some good news – I have been keeping very busy of late with some regular contract work for the Australian Institute of Management WA (AIM WA).
My latest project is assisting with a media campaign to publicise ‘Leadership, Strategy and Disruption’ – a fully residential program to be held by AIM WA at the Hyatt Regency, Perth in July 2016.
Presented by world- renowned Harvard Business School Professors Scott Snook and Karim Lakhani, the AIM WA Senior Executive Forum (SEF) has been running for more than 20 years and is designed for senior executives and business leaders from all industries.
It will cover many of the most important areas required to address disruption in your business, including:
- Will you see the disruption coming?
- Will your strategy still be relevant?
- How will you and your leadership team respond?
Profs Snook and Lakhani have spent many years working closely with industry leaders around the world.
They have experienced first hand how organisations can survive and sometimes thrive, in this climate of disruption.
And they can pass on this valuable knowledge using authentic, values-based leadership techniques and proven business models, including the Harvard Business Model.
To find out more about the Forum, contact AIM WA at aimwa.com or call Nola de Mouncey (Manager, International Programs) on 9383 8050.
